Biography

Mr. Orlov represents a wide range of clients, performing services ranging from routine domestic matters to cross border business transactions. Mr. Orlov also specializes in taxation matters inside Russia and off-shore as well as the creation of business entities and complex holding company structures. He is a full member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, having received his law degree from the Saint Petersburg University Law Faculty and his undergraduate degree from the Leningrad Institute of Shipbuilding.
