Biography
Louise Lund Labadie concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration and Tax Law with a focus on asset protection. Ms. Labadie has also assisted clients in general corporate matters and business transactions, including entity formation, corporate governance, and tax planning. Prior to being admitted to the Bar in 2004, Ms. Labadie was a paralegal at Berry Moorman for 15 years in the Estate Planning Group.
Ms. Labadie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in French Studies from Wayne State University in 2001, and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy in 2004. Ms. Labadie is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Ms. Labadie was born and raised in Denmark, and in addition to her native language, Danish, she is fluent in English and has excellent communication skills in French, German, Russian, Swedish and Norwegian.
