Yevgeni L. Andreyev - Mr. Andreyev handles a broad range of business matters, including contracts and joint venture and business entity creation domestic and multinational corporations. Mr. Farbirovich has appeared before tribunals and administrative panels across Russia from St. Petersburg to Siberia on a wide range of business, administrative and criminal matters. He also handles general business and corporate matters on behalf of Russian and multinational clients. Mr. Farbirovich is a full member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. having received his law degree from the Saint Petersburg University Law Faculty and his undergraduate degree from the Leningrad Polytechnical Institute.

Ms. Kosenkova formerly worked in the general counsel's office of a large shipping concern. Mr. Shmelev specializes in complex litigation, including white collar defense, defense of business executives before the Tax Inspectorate of Russia, general civil litigation and criminal defense Mr. Shmelev has also served as general counsel to an unincorporated affiliation of Russian businesses, and offers legal and business counseling to numerous Russian and multinational clients. He is a longstanding member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and a graduate of the Saint Petersburg University Law Faculty.
