Biography
Noah Sklar Hurwitz is an Associate with the firm and focuses his practice in labor and employment litigation. He has argued appeals before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In his practice, Mr. Hurwitz assists clients in various civil litigation matters and is able to advise clients in other areas including employment law, school law, general litigation, and sports law.
Mr. Hurwitz received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Relations and Public Policy from the James Madison College at Michigan State University in 2003 and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. In addition, Mr. Hurwitz served judicial internships with the United States District Courts in the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Louisiana.
His professional memberships include the Employment and Civil Litigation Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
Mr. Hurwitz resides in Ann Arbor with his wife Elizabeth and their English bulldog, Jack. He is active in local politics. His son, Cameron, played football at Northwestern University before graduating in 2011.
