Michigan Super Lawyers and Rising Stars 2008

Three additional Berry Moorman attorneys were recognized in Michigan Super Lawyers 2008 as outstanding attorneys in their practice areas and two attorneys were recognized as Rising Stars for 2008. Dennis M. Mitzel and Harvey B. Wallace II were recognized for their expertise in the category of estate planning and probate, and Donald F. Carney, Jr. was the only attorney recognized for his excellence in trust and estate litigation. Randolph T. Barker was named a "Rising Star" for his work in employment defense litigation as well as Kristin Lusn as the only rising star named for workers' compensation law.
Kristin Lusn Appointed Trustee of the Detroit Historical Society

Kristin Lusn was recently appointed trustee to the Detroit Historical Society. Established in 1921, the Detroit Historical Society's mission is to educate and inspire our community and visitors by preserving and portraying our region's shared history through dynamic exhibits and experiences. The Society is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Detroit Historical Museum, Dossin Great Lakes Museum, and a Collection of more than 200,000 artifacts. Kristin also serves on the Marketing & Communications committee of the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy.
