John Schrot Gives Presentation at Ethics in Government Seminar

John Schrot recently presented at the Ethics in Government Seminar offered by the City of Birmingham Board of Ethics. He has been Past Chair and a member of that Board for the past seven years. The Birmingham Ethics Ordinance was developed and enacted while Don Carney was the City's Mayor. Berry Moorman has considerable expertise in municipal matters.
